2. Assessment & Admission
Our case manager reviews the patient’s clinical information, completes a bed assessment, and liaises with the medical scheme for authorisation. Once approved, we notify the referring specialist, hospital ward staff, and the patient’s family to coordinate the transfer.
3. Seamless Transition to Rehabilitation
Upon authorisation, the patient is smoothly transferred to our rehabilitation facility, where their personalised care pathway begins.

Many cases are managed on an outpatient basis, with inpatient rehabilitation available for more complex cases.
