Overview

Intercare Online Health Services offers secure, convenient online doctor consults in South Africa. Patients can consult a GP online from home using Intercare’s telehealth platform. Choose a scheduled online GP consultation with your preferred Intercare doctor for follow-up care, or start an on-demand online consultation and connect with the next available healthcare professional via text or video. Doctors provide medical advice, treatment guidance, sick notes and prescriptions where appropriate.

Online consultations are suitable for common conditions such as colds and flu, stomach bugs, bladder infections, headaches, minor allergies and mild skin concerns. If a physical examination is required, the doctor may recommend an in-person visit.
