Dr Delmence Niland

Dr Delmence Niland obtained her medical degree from the University of Pretoria in 1994. She worked at the Stellenbosch government hospital until 2009, when she earned her Family Medicine degree from Stellenbosch University. In 2010, Dr Niland obtained a diploma in palliative care from the University of Cape Town. Dr Niland enjoys practising holistic medicine and is passionate about pain control and treating children, young adults and women. She loves camping, walking, Pilates and spending time with her husband and two children.

Dr Charity Matlala

Dr Charity Matlala qualified (MBChB) from the University of Limpopo in 2010. She enjoys all aspects of primary care, with a particular interest in paediatrics, mental health, and aesthetics. Dr Matlala is a mother of two who enjoys outdoor activities with friends and family, playing board games, swimming, cooking, and dining. Learning about diverse cultures, especially their cuisines, also interests her.

I am currently on an extended period of leave to recover from a foot surgery, which was successfully performed on 14 July 2025. I expect to return to work on 1 September 2025.

In the meantime, I have full confidence in my medical team and the staff at Intercare Bedfordview to continue delivering the high standard of care you’ve come to expect. Please don’t hesitate to consult with any of our doctors - Dr Matlala, Dr Rosendorff, Dr Loser, and Dr Bizos - as well as our dedicated nursing and administrative teams.

Our office and consulting hours remain unchanged and are available seven days a week.

Dr Eleni Bizos

Dr Eleni Bizos obtained the MBBCh degree from Wits University in 2017, graduating with distinction. In addition, she holds a Diploma in HIV Management, a healthcare issue that is very dear to her. Dr Bizos completed her internship at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital and community service at Joe Morolong Memorial Hospital in Vryburg. She is interested in surgery and passed her surgical primary exams while gaining significant experience as a surgical medical officer at Charlotte Maxeke Hospital. During this period, she was fortunate to work in the Trauma and ICU department, becoming proficient in minor surgical procedures and emergency care. Dr Bizos firmly believes in the importance of a continuum of care, support, and community awareness.

Dr Lebogang Setsiba

Dr Lebogang Setsiba graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2017. She interned at Kalafong Provincial Hospital and completed community service at Tshwane Rehabilitation Hospital. He has experience working as a medical practitioner in the emergency departments of the South African National Defence Force and private hospitals. In addition, he practised as an aviation doctor in South Africa and internationally. His special interests include sports medicine, travel medicine, and promoting preventive health care. Dr Mogano is passionate about an active lifestyle and has participated in several competitions, including open-water swimming challenges and ultra-marathons.

She has a special interest in paediatrics and preventative care, with a strong belief in early intervention and health education to support long-term wellbeing. Dr Reddy enjoys working with individuals and families, always aiming to provide a reassuring and experienced presence. She enjoys watching sports and staying active through running.
