Terms of Service
An after-hours fee (Code 0148) may apply to consultations on weekdays from 18:00, Saturdays after 13:00, and on Sundays and public holidays. This fee is not covered by most medical schemes, and patients will be liable for payment.
Appointments must be cancelled at least two (2) hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.
Online cancellations are only valid after a cancellation confirmation email is received. If no confirmation email is received, the appointment will remain active in our system. If you experience problems cancelling online, please contact reception telephonically to confirm the cancellation.
