Step 3: Your medication is packed correctly
If you take three or more medicines or supplements, your medication may be pre-sorted into daily dose-by-dose pouches.
If you take fewer, your medication will arrive in its original packaging inside an Intercare Meds2Me branded box.
Step 4: We deliver to your door
Your medication is delivered free of charge to your preferred address.
Step 5: Ongoing support and reminders
You’ll receive ongoing support and optional WhatsApp reminders to help you stay consistent with your medication plan.

Medication is delivered to your preferred address within two working days. You’ll receive a WhatsApp notification before delivery and updates from the courier company.

Are there any additional costs?
There are no delivery or packaging fees. Medication prices are the same as those of other pharmacies, and most medical schemes are accepted.
Co-payments may apply depending on your medication and medical scheme, but you will be advised on ways to reduce or avoid co-payments. You’ll always be informed of any co-payment and have the opportunity to accept it before medication is dispatched.
Can scripts be combined?
Yes. Chronic medication prescribed by different doctors can be combined into a single pre-packed, dose-by-dose medication regimen.
I also take supplements. Can I add these to the pouches?
Yes. Simply provide the details of your supplementation regimen when sending your script, and your supplements will be packed into the correct pouches together with your chronic medication.
Can oral contraceptive pills be included?
Yes, but the medication will not be repackaged into dose-by-dose pouches, as the visual guidance provided on the original packaging is important.
My chronic meds include insulin. Can I still use this service?
Yes. Packaging that fully maintains the cold chain and preserves the integrity of your medication will be used.
